Mr. Isaac Ofori-Poku - Chairman
Mr. Isaac Ofori- Poku is the Chief Executive Officer of Ofori – Poku Company Limited which deals in imports and exports, wholesaling and retailing of cement and iron rods, haulage and transport services. He was very instrumental in transforming the business from inception. Mr. Ofori -Poku is the founder of GH – Daewoo Motors Limited, Building Together, and GH Express Transport Services, Diplomat Transport Services and Vision 2000 Company Limited. Mr. Ofori – Poku holds a Higher National Diploma in Management Studies.
Christiana Ofori-Poku - Non Executive Director
Mrs. Cristiana Ofori-Poku is a shareholder of Ofori – Company Limited. She played leading roles in transforming the company from its humble beginnings to its present stage. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Kumasi Polytechnic.
Augustine Baidoo - Non Executive Director
Augustine is a Director of Family Fountain Assets and Securities Limited. With ten (10) years of industry practice, his proficiency in investment banking midpoints on a number of areas including Investment Advisory, Business and Financial Instruments Valuation, IPOs structuring, Collective investment schemes configuring as well as arranging Commercial Papers and Bonds.
Prior to joining Family Fountain Assets and Securities, he was the Chief Operations Officer at both Man Capital Partners Limited and At ASN Investments limited where he championed the firm’s operational assignments in fund management and investment advisory services. He was the main architect in establishing the pensions fund management scheme license for the companies.
Before joining ASN Investments, he was also the Investment and Research Analyst at Emerging Markets Assets Management Limited. Earlier (2007-2011), he was Research Analyst, SEM International Associates Limited with responsibility for credit rating of some selected bond issuing houses in Ghana and analyzed the ranking of 2008 and 2009 Ghana Club 100 companies.
He developed strategic plans and undertook feasibility studies, business valuation and financial analysis for several companies. He was an active member of the examining body of the Ghana Stock Exchange (Dec 2007 ~ March 2010).
He holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the Wisconsin International University College, Ghana and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management from the University of Cape Coast. He is a member of the International Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (IACVA), a Licensed Investment Representative, and Ghana Securities Industry Certificate, a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Economist (ACCE).
Charles Annan-Kwofie - Executive Director
Mr. Charles Annan-Kwofie is the Chief Executive Officer at Family Fountain Assets and Securities Limited and it associates. He is currently the highest-ranking executive in Family Fountain and his primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company. He also arts as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations and being the public face of the company.
Charles joined Family Fountain as Head of Business in 2014 and was responsible for the overall corporate finance management and research engine of the firm. He rose through the ranks of the company to become an Executive Director before his appointment as the Chief Executive Officer.
He has rich expertise in SME Banking, Corporate Banking, Banking Operations, Asset/Funds Management, Debt and Equity Markets, Investment Research, Financial Risk Management, Business Strategy and Development, Corporate Valuation Analysis, Financial Modeling/Analysis, Credit Analysis and Credit Risk Modeling, Fixed Income Trading, Bond Portfolio Management, Treasury/Forex Analytics.
He worked with the defunct First Capital Plus Bank for three years as an SME Coordinator responsible for Abossey Okai, Dansoman, Kasoa and Accra New Town Branches of the Bank before joining Family Fountain. He also acted as the Deputy Head of the SME Department of the Bank in the absence of the substantive Head. By virtue of this position, he was part of the management committee of the Bank and also a credit committee member. He controlled over 30% of the total portfolio of the SME Department in the 2012 financial year.
Prior to his First Capital Plus appointment, he was a Client Relationship Manager with defunct uniBank Ghana Limited. Charles was selected among the “High Flyers” of the Bank after his National Service and rose through the ranks to attain the CRM position which was available for result oriented and smart employees to ring fence them to the organization.
Charles also undertook Industrial Attachments with First Bank Ghana Limited formerly known as International Commercial Bank Ghana Limited. He was in the Clearing Department understudying the representative of the Bank who acted as a Liaison Officer between the bank and the Central Bank. He got the opportunity to represent the Bank at the Central Bank during the redenomination of the cedi in 2007 where clearing was done manually.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast and an International Executive Master of Business Administration IEMBA (Banking and Finance option) from Paris Graduate School of Management. He also holds a Diploma in Business Management and Administration from ICM, London and has certificate in Risk Management Cambridge Global Partners Academy, London.
